Graham Beck Brut Rosé (Western Cape, South Africa) 50% Pinot Noir, 49% Chardonnay, 1% Pinot Meunier. Sourced from Estate and purchased fruit across the Western Cape GU. Hand harvested, whole bunch pressed with each varietal separately fermented. Aged sur lie for 15 months. Bold aromas of fresh strawberry, pink grapefruit zest and brioche. Taut and linear on the palate, with zesty acidity and a mineral finish. Retail: $20 $5/$7/$11

La Salette Blanc (Cotes de Gascogne, France) 80% Colombard, 10% Ugni Blanc, 10% Gros Manseng. Clay and Limestone soils. Sustainably farmed. Fermented and aged sur lie in stainless steel. Juicy aromas of Apricot, Lemon Peel and Honey. The palate is gulpable, with ample fruit and moderate acidity. Patio pounder! Retail: $13 $4/$6/$10

Le Vidaubanaise “Le Provençal” Rosé (Provence, France) Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan, Syrah. Limestone soils, with a strong Mediterranean climate. Classic Provençal rosé, with delicate aromas of Raspberry, Rose Petal, Lavender. Fruit forward with a crunch, Green Apple-like acidity. Wonderful stuff! Retail: $18 $5/$7/$11

La Baronne Sur La Route BIB Rouge (Languedoc, France) Grenache, Mourvedre. Gentle reader, we did the thing: From 90 ha Estate vineyards. Certified Organic and Biodynamic. Black pepper, Strawberry Preserves, Figs, Ripe Plums. Fun packaging, amazing juice. 5L Boxes. Retail: $62 $5/$7/$11
